The Dummies' Guide：Professional technique of art Painting

Before painting the project, we need to wash the painting brush (beginner can use the 7mbrush) and roller with water to clean the impurities of thetools. Process: two primers and two topcoats

Problems encountered during the process:

It is found that there is a roller that does not roll. In this case, there will be a problem of dragging paint during use, so the opening process is also a testing process. The solution is to replace the roller core, clean and dry it before you using

The brush also needs to be washed and combed. Old brushes that have been used for a long time, the tips of the bristles will become blunt and shortened, which will eventually lead to a problem: It is difficult to collect and coat when brushing, then the effect is hard to come out. In this case, the brush needs to be replaced in time.

Preparation of art paints for construction: the model of Primer and topcoat is LJ036, It is best to filter the sand with stockings before using.

Materials We Need:

We apply the latest paint to paint the first layer of the color chart (Sandy/not sandy texture). Note: water can be added to the latest paint, but the proportion of water should be added to the paint in a certain proportion. If it is excessive, it will affect the composition of the paint. The paint will run down like tear streaks after painting.

Therefore, the proportion of pain is generally controlled at 5 to 20% percent (it will also be adjusted appropriately according to the operating conditions) - normally, we use stockings to filter the paint to remove the particulate impurities of the paint. During painting, to be sure we use a stirring rod to stir evenly if you need to add water.

Three Steps of Art Painting

Step 1:  Dilute the primer with water, mix well before using

Encounter problems:

If the customer provides a lot of water to the paint in order to save costs, it may lead to a decrease in the covering power of the paint, so that it has to be painted twice or more to prevent the problem of not completely covered. Therefore, the amount of water added should be around 15-20% at most.

Step 2:  Add paint and smooth it with a roller. You can add it directly, but it should not be too much, otherwise it will lead to wasting or thicker paint layer, try to be even and not see the white background. Then gently separate the bubbles with a roller.

The first time there was not enough so the bottom will be penetrated. So, you Load the material again, but the paint is uneven and the bottom.

Note: the amount of paint should not be too much or too little, smooth the paint evenly. Primer is generally applied twice and white background cannot be seen. 

*After this step is completed, it needs to be dried. You can use a hair dryer to hurry up the process - and if there is slag, use a scraper to pick it out.

Then a second primer: don't have too much.

Difficulty: uneven roller coating or too thin paint layer.

After drying with a blower, the third step is to apply the topcoat, which is the most difficult operation.

Step 3: Add the top coat.

Add paint first, and then repair the marks.

Details Requirements: the amount is small and slow, the technique is rice-shaped, the strength of this step can be large, the brush is pressed to half the distance as shown on the left, pay attention to the edges should also be painted evenly.

After the material is half moist (note that it is not fully dry), use a brush to repair the marks. And the method of this step determines the final effect. For example, we have executed two methods, Random Pattern (blue) and Vertical Pattern (red). And the final step is to finish the blow-dry or air-dry.

The texture will be different based on the method. There are many other effects, such as: the technique for this effect is called "Desert Sandstorm". The construction effect of the topcoat is better, and if it achieves different characteristics to meet the needs of customers, it requires skills and a certain degree of proficiency to operate. The operation method is also a technique, so there are considerable requirements for the operator.

Supplementary Notes

Chaotic Type, Such as Random Pattern:

First of all, we dip the primer with a roller and then apply it evenly. When we put on the coating, we should roll the whole paper evenly without any scratch mark left. After putting on the first coating of lacquer, we use the brush to put on the second one after drying with hair dryer, and use the technique to paint the top coat in the shape of a square meter. To trim the edges, we swirl the brush slightly and the final step is to dry it with a hair dryer. Be careful not to drop any impurities during the whole process.

Note: this picture is the finished work, it is smooth and has a frosted feeling. When you see it under strong light, it looks like a white wave on the beach flickering.

Tree pattern style, such as Vertical Pattern:

After the primer is applied with the roller, we put on the primer on the paper in the same way as the previous process, and then dry it with a hair dryer. We use a brush to paint using the "Rice-Character" technique. After that, we brush in a vertical direction. At last, we dry it with a hair dryer.

The construction effect of the topcoat is better, and if it achieves different characteristics to meet the needs of customers, it requires skills and a certain degree of proficiency to operate. The operation method is also a technique, so there are considerable requirements for the operator. The last step is to clean the utensils and organize the construction glass table.
